PRICING & ERRORS

Prices are displayed on the Site and may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted.

PURCHASE APPROVAL

All purchases are subject to final approval by Saria & Co Diamonds. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement. If the replacement is not accepted, a full refund will be issued.

Special Diamond Orders and Custom Designs

For special diamond orders or custom-designed jewellery, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required at the time of order placement. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.

Discounts, including first-order promotions, do not apply to custom or special orders.

We offer free shipping within EU countries. For shipments outside the EU, additional charges apply. Any extra shipping costs will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipment.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
